Similar to the relationship we have with our customers, the bond between our company and the employees who work for us is a lifetime relationship also. We promote a drug free work environment and most of the men and women who work for us have been with the company for at least seven years. Our technicians and installers receive over eighty hours of new training every year to keep them up to date on new technology and techniques.
Donmar Heating & Cooling believes in Green technology and the importance of clean air. To that end, we promote and encourage the installation of new HVAC systems whenever possible and offer regular discounts and specials to make it financially feasible for anyone in our service area. The federal government has a tax credit of up to $500 for the installation of new qualifying heating and air conditioning systems for homes in 2010. Well help you select a system that will qualify.
