I had never heard of Donmar before finding them on Carrier’s list of installers. They are rated #1 in customer satisfaction, and I have now become one of those customers. These guys had a 2-day job here with replacing a new system and new ductwork. I had McCrea come here first, as they sold me my first unit. Donmar, for the same scope of work, came in THOUSANDS less than McCrea. Michael from Donmar also uncovered my air duct issue. Changing this would ensure the new machine would work as it should and not have the issue my previous system had. Manuel and Edgardo were here both days, and they were awesome. Their work is incredibly neat and top notch. I would recommend them to anyone for any HVAC work. Honestly, if you want professional work, these are the guys to give it to you.

Carlos and his crew went above and beyond
I got a new HVAC system from Donmar yesterday. Carlos and his crew went above and beyond - they worked in a very confined space and moved a washer/dryer and shelf and put them back.
In addition - I have to call this out - Carlos saw that whoever installed my dryer did not do a good job of connecting the duct because it had FALLEN OFF. He let me know and I got a few things from Home Depot to repair it. I got a wrong part and he saw I was struggling.
Carlos cut me a piece of their own duct, trimmed and crimped it, and it fit perfectly and I was able to get the duct connected back. It was not part of his job, but I really appreciated that. Kudos to Carlos!
