I got a new HVAC system from Donmar yesterday. Carlos and his crew went above and beyond - they worked in a very confined space and moved a washer/dryer and shelf and put them back.
In addition - I have to call this out - Carlos saw that whoever installed my dryer did not do a good job of connecting the duct because it had FALLEN OFF. He let me know and I got a few things from Home Depot to repair it. I got a wrong part and he saw I was struggling.
Carlos cut me a piece of their own duct, trimmed and crimped it, and it fit perfectly and I was able to get the duct connected back. It was not part of his job, but I really appreciated that. Kudos to Carlos!

Their quote was thorough, transparent with competitive pricing. They were flexible on meeting some changes and guided me to the optimal solution. They started on schedule and laid out a day-by-day plan. Edgar and Gus were really professional and pleasant and worked hard over several days to rebuild our systems. They tested the entire system and walked me through all the features and settings. Everything was finished to spec. They were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up the area upon job completion. When I pointed out to them that the new filter rack door was not completely aligned and that the door did not close securely, they were very responsive and got a new filter rack section—the door now closes tightly. The new furnace is functioning beautifully and is quieter than my previous 30+ year old furnace.
