After years of service and multiple service contracts across multiple properties, I'm happy to say I'm still a happy customer. Their staff is always friendly and patient to explain whatever I need. They are always careful when working around the property, even when having to go from inside to outside often.

Donmar replaces a failed inducer motor in our gas furnace. We had this diagnosed by two other companies, who were more interested in replacement of the entire system.
Donmar came out the same day I called them, with the part. System was back online in an hour.
Donmar came recommended by a coworker. After this experience, I will be following up for a maintenance contract.

Donmar Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was ok but had several issues with them replacing my Carrier Infinity 96 blower motor. The technician raised his voice to me several times when I asked questions about what he was doing. It took several hours longer than I expected to repair the furnace.
This is the first time I used this company and it may or may not be the last time since I did get a one-year parts and labor warranty with the cost, which was a little higher than I expected. On top of that, they wanted to charge me an additional $250.00 to replace a 24-volt relay that turns on/off the water to the humidifier solenoid. They would not take my word for what the problem was. Overall, the company is not bad but I didn’t care for the technician they sent out.
UPDATE: I had to have Donmar Heating, Cooling and Plumbing back out due to another issue that was unfortunately found after they left the previous day. The same technician came back out to fix a water leak, which was caused by a CPVC pipe issue that backed up water and dirt as it wasn't angled correctly to the drain. For the same additional minimum cost, he not only fixed the water leak issues but also fixed my humidifier issues and everything appears to be working great now with a one-year parts and labor. The technician was very nice this time, and I love everything that this company has done for me and my family. The only downside to this company is that their minimum charge is fairly costly. I wish they would have a lower minimum charge but overall they actually did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company for heating, cooling, and plumbing issues.

Donmar was an excellent company to work! They took care of our urgent heater fix (furnace blower motor) replacement right away, at a price that saved us $700 from another company that previously came out and quoted us far much higher. Donmar was willing to give us a quote for the part and guarantee that it was in stock even before coming out to assess the situation. They also fit us in earlier than other companies we called. Customer service was exceptional with all people we interacted with. We will be using them for regular maintenance going forward.
